His background in regulated operations, federal‑level debt‑resolution services, and large‑scale workforce management brings a disciplined, nationally recognized operational foundation to the franchise.

The ownership group also includes a former professional athlete and California native, whose athletic experience and entrepreneurial background add a modern, competitive vision to the organization. Together, this leadership team blends league experience, federal‑level operational expertise, and professional sports insight to guide the team’s growth and long‑term success.

Parker Moskal brings a deep understanding of the Federal Prospects Hockey League and a strong commitment to growing professional hockey on the West Coast to his role as Chief Executive Officer.

Moskal’s journey in the game began as a player, where he built a professional career across multiple levels of hockey, including time in the FPHL and overseas. Transitioning into team ownership and executive leadership, Moskal has become devoted to helping expand the reach of the FPHL and creating new opportunities for the league in California. His work reflects a long-term vision for building sustainable organizations, strengthening fan engagement, and giving communities a professional hockey experience they can be proud of.
That mission is especially meaningful in Fresno, where Moskal is committed to helping restore and grow the Falcons’ presence in the Central Valley. With a focus on community connection, organizational stability, and the continued growth of the game, Moskal is dedicated to making the Fresno Falcons a source of pride for fans, partners, players, and the entire region.
As Chief Executive Officer, Moskal remains focused on building a strong foundation for the franchise while helping bring the excitement, energy, and accessibility of FPHL hockey to California.

Jimmy Fries
Jimmy Fries is Valley born, Valley raised and deeply committed to the community that helped shape him. Returning to the Fresno Falcons as Team President represents a full circle moment for a lifelong Falcons fan who was proudly part of the organization’s front office during the Taylor Cup Championship era.

With more than two decades of leadership experience spanning professional and collegiate sports, hospitality, casino gaming, concert promotion, and live event management, Jimmy brings a unique combination of business development, media relations, partnership strategy, and fan engagement to the Falcons organization. Throughout his career, he has built lasting relationships across the Central Valley while developing a reputation for creating high energy, community driven entertainment experiences.
His career highlights include leadership roles with Fresno State Athletics, executive positions in marketing and operations across the region, and extensive concert promotion work through Goodfellas Entertainment. Early in his career, he worked with major touring artists, including Taylor Swift, promoting concerts and live events throughout California.
As Team President, Jimmy is committed to a fan-first philosophy centered around the belief that Falcons hockey is more than a game, it’s an experience. His vision focuses on reconnecting the team with the community, creating unforgettable game nights, building meaningful partnerships, and restoring the pride, passion, and energy that Falcons hockey has always represented throughout the Central Valley.
Ticketing

Daniel Ridgway
Daniel brings years of experience in ticketing for multiple sports teams here in the Central Valley. Raised here in the Valley most of his life, Daniel played hockey both in the US and internationally giving him great insight to the sport.
Daniel started as an inside sales rep with the Fresno Grizzlies in 2014, and moved his way up to Assistant Box Office Manager. He was hired on as the Box Office Manager for the Fresno Foxes of the USL in 2017, until the team relocated in 2019. After sports resumed post-Covid in 2021, Daniel worked for Central Valley Fuego as Box Office and Sales Manager. He went back to the Fresno Grizzlies in 2025 for a second stint in the ticket office before coming to the Fresno Falcons.

Enrique Atanacio Vasquez
Enrique Atanacio Vasquez joins the Fresno Falcons as Director of Merchandising, helping lead the team’s retail relaunch as professional hockey returns to the Valley in 2026.

A lifelong Fresnan and bilingual communicator, Enrique brings more than 10 years of experience in sports business, customer service, retail operations, and front-office support. His background includes work with the Fresno Grizzlies and Fresno Football Club, where he supported game-day retail, ticketing, fan engagement, staffing, inventory, and event operations.
With the Falcons, Enrique will oversee the team store, concourse merchandise locations, and the club’s online shop. He is focused on building a merchandise experience that celebrates Fresno’s hockey history, connects with the Central Valley community, and gives fans new ways to show their Falcons pride.
Enrique studied at Fresno Pacific University and is proud to serve the community where he grew up. He looks forward to bringing fresh energy to the Falcons brand and helping create memorable experiences for fans throughout the Valley.

Bryan Flores
Bryan Flores joins the Fresno Falcons as Director of Broadcasting & Communications, bringing experience in hockey broadcasting, digital media, and fan engagement to the organization.

A California native and lifelong Los Angeles Kings fan, Bryan most recently served as Director of Broadcasting & Communications for the Baton Rouge Zydeco of the Federal Prospects Hockey League (FPHL). His background includes play-by-play broadcasting, social media management, media production, and fan engagement across multiple levels of hockey.
Bryan has previously worked with organizations including the Bismarck Bobcats, Long Beach Shredders, and the LA Kings High School Hockey League, while also contributing to broadcasts for the Special Olympics USA Games Unified Esports Invitational aired on ESPN platforms. Passionate about growing the game and connecting with fans, Bryan is excited to help bring professional hockey back to the Central Valley and help build the next era of Fresno Falcons hockey.

Belle Counts
Belle Counts is a sports photographer and digital media specialist focused on live game coverage, hockey media, and social content creation. Having spent her entire life in Fresno, she brings experience from multiple seasons in junior hockey, as well as coverage across collegiate athletic programs throughout California. Her work is driven by a strong passion for storytelling and the community surrounding the sport of hockey.

Sae Zhang
Sae Zhang joins the Fresno Falcons as the lead Digital Media Designer, bringing a creative background in branding, illustration, sports media, and visual storytelling to the organization.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design at Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles, Sae has experience creating work across print, digital media, creative marketing, and social media content. Her portfolio includes previous sports creative work with the Baton Rouge Zydeco, along with projects involving publication design, event branding, and illustration.
Excited to help bring hockey back to Fresno, Sae looks forward to creating graphics and visual content that connect with fans and help shape the next era of Falcons hockey both online and at Selland Arena.

Mackey Botwright
Mackey Botwright is beyond excited to join the Fresno Falcons and to help bring hockey back to the Valley! As a huge hockey fan, Mackey cannot wait to experience the energy of hometown hockey alongside Falcons fans all season long. She’s especially excited to see the community come together again and create an unforgettable atmosphere inside the arena.

Born and raised in the Valley (Madera, CA), Mackey has a passion for entertainment, fan interaction, and social media, and she looks forward to connecting with fans.
She is most looking forward to getting to know the loyal Falcons fans, building relationships throughout the season, and helping create memories that fans of all ages will enjoy. She’s proud to be part of the return of Falcons hockey and can’t wait for puck drop in Fresno!

Tiffany Graham
Tiffany brings a lifelong passion for hockey, 12 years of coaching experience, and a deep dedication to community engagement to her role as the Grow the Game and Fan Engagement Coordinator for the Fresno Falcons.
Tiffany brings a lifelong passion for hockey, 12 years of coaching experience, and a deep dedication to community engagement to her role as the Grow the Game and Fan Engagement Coordinator for the Fresno Falcons.
Her journey began in 2014 through the Try Hockey for Free program at Gateway Ice Center, where she balanced her time as a high school travel hockey player and a youth mentor. She eventually rose to Head Coach of the program and spearheaded girls' hockey clinics, creating an empowering and welcoming space for young female athletes. Now, Tiffany is bringing that invaluable experience to the Falcons, where she will be building youth engagement programs from the ground up such as a Jr. Falcons Kids Club and other Youth Initiatives to ensure hockey is an inclusive, accessible sport where kids can fall in love with the game.
Beyond her work with youth development, Tiffany is equally committed to creating an unforgettable, high-energy atmosphere for fans at Selland Arena. She spent three years with local sports broadcasting company FHT Sports, interviewing fans, players, and hockey figures at both the local and national levels. This experience, combined with a decade-plus of public speaking, honed her unique ability to connect with people, ignite a crowd, and make everyone feel like part of the action. As both a former player and lifelong fan, Tiffany understands firsthand the electric community energy that makes hockey so special, and she is thrilled to use her leadership, vision, and enthusiasm to shape the future of Fresno hockey both on and off the ice.
