FRESNO FALCONS WELCOME KIDS KARE SCHOOLS AS OFFICIAL PARTNER

FRESNO, Calif. — The Fresno Falcons are proud to welcome Kids Kare Schools as an Official Partner, bringing together two organizations committed to families, youth and the Central Valley community.

A familiar name to generations of local families, Kids Kare Schools has been serving the Central Valley since 1960. What began as a single childcare center serving 14 children has grown into a family-owned and operated organization with locations throughout Fresno, Clovis and Madera.

For more than six decades, Kids Kare has worked alongside Valley families by providing childcare and educational programs designed for children from 18 months through 12 years old.

The partnership creates a natural connection between Kids Kare’s longstanding commitment to children and families and the Falcons’ efforts to make professional hockey at Selland Arena an experience the entire family can enjoy.

Serving Generations of Central Valley Families

Kids Kare Schools offers a variety of programs designed to support children throughout several stages of their early development.

Its services include toddler care, preschool and kindergarten-readiness programs, transitional kindergarten, kindergarten programs, before- and after-school care, homework assistance and summer programming.

At the preschool level, Kids Kare utilizes its “Fun While Learning” curriculum, which introduces children to areas including phonics, early reading and writing, mathematics, science, history, music, physical education, arts and crafts and technology.

The program is designed to combine learning with activities and experiences that help prepare young students for the next stage of their education.

For elementary-aged children, Club Kids Kare provides before- and after-school care through sixth grade, giving working families an additional resource before and after the traditional school day. Kids Kare also provides transportation between participating centers and area elementary schools, along with opportunities for homework assistance.

That emphasis on helping working families has remained a central part of the organization throughout its history.

A Natural Fit With Falcons Hockey

As the Fresno Falcons prepare for their return to Selland Arena, connecting with the next generation of fans remains an important part of the organization’s vision.

Falcons games are being built to be more than simply a hockey game. The organization wants nights at Selland Arena to become an experience where parents, children, friends and families from across the Valley can spend time together while creating lasting memories.

That makes Kids Kare Schools a particularly strong fit for the Falcons' growing family of partners.

With thousands of Central Valley children and parents having interacted with Kids Kare throughout its history, the partnership connects the Falcons with an organization that has deep roots in the same communities the team hopes to represent.

The Falcons also continue to develop youth-focused initiatives surrounding the team, including opportunities for children to interact with players, participate in community events and experience professional hockey firsthand.

The goal is to introduce more young people throughout the Valley to hockey and create a connection with the Falcons that can last well beyond their first game at Selland Arena.

Creating the Next Generation of Falcons Fans

For many children attending games this season, it will be their first opportunity to experience professional hockey in Fresno.

From hearing the opening introductions and watching the Falcons take the ice to meeting Freddie Falcon, taking photos with players and participating in game-night activities, the organization wants those first experiences to be memorable ones.

The partnership with Kids Kare provides another opportunity to connect that mission with local families.

The Falcons believe growing hockey in the Central Valley begins with giving young fans an opportunity to experience the sport, understand it and ultimately make the team part of their community.

Organizations such as Kids Kare Schools can play an important role in creating those connections.

Building Partnerships With a Community Purpose

As the Falcons continue to expand their corporate partnership family, the organization is placing an emphasis on working with businesses and organizations that have meaningful connections throughout the Central Valley.

Kids Kare Schools represents exactly that.

Since opening its first center in 1960, the organization has spent more than six decades becoming part of the everyday lives of Valley families. Parents who once attended Kids Kare themselves have had the opportunity to see future generations grow through the same organization.

That history gives the partnership a connection that extends beyond traditional advertising.

Throughout the upcoming season, Kids Kare Schools will join the Falcons as the two organizations look for opportunities to engage families, support youth and contribute to the community they both call home.

Additional partnership activations and initiatives will be announced as the season approaches.

Welcome to the Falcons Family

The Fresno Falcons are proud to officially welcome Kids Kare Schools to the Falcons family and thank the organization for its support of professional hockey in the Central Valley.

After more than 65 years of caring for and educating children throughout Fresno, Clovis and Madera, Kids Kare now joins the Falcons as the organization prepares to create a new generation of hockey memories at Selland Arena.

Together, the Fresno Falcons and Kids Kare Schools look forward to celebrating families, supporting young people and building lasting connections throughout the Central Valley.
