Fresno Falcons Sign Experienced Forward Noah Finstrom

FRESNO, Calif. — The Fresno Falcons have signed forward Noah Finstrom for the 2026-27 season, adding another experienced professional scorer to the club’s growing roster.

The 26-year-old Michigan native brings experience from the SPHL, NCAA Division I, NCAA Division III and the North American Hockey League.

Finstrom spent the 2025-26 season with the Knoxville Ice Bears and Roanoke Rail Yard Dawgs. After joining Roanoke, he recorded 12 goals and 12 assists for 24 points in 35 games, finishing with a plus-seven rating. He also added two goals and an assist during the 2026 President’s Cup Playoffs.

The previous season, Finstrom began his professional career with the Huntsville Havoc before finishing the year in Knoxville. Across his first two SPHL seasons, he totaled 50 points in 90 regular-season games.

Before turning pro, Finstrom played collegiately at the University of Alabama in Huntsville and the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. During three seasons at UW-Stevens Point, he registered 52 points in 69 games, including a 24-point senior season in 2023-24.

Finstrom also spent three seasons in the NAHL, where he developed with the Philadelphia and Jamestown Rebels. He led Jamestown with 42 points in 54 games during the 2019-20 season, earning a selection to the 2020 NAHL Top Prospects Tournament.

The addition of Finstrom gives Fresno another proven offensive option as the Falcons continue preparing for their inaugural FPHL season.

Fresno opens the 2026-27 season on Friday, October 9 against the Oceanside Shock at Selland Arena.
